ninety-two

It was in the 80's this weekend (almost 90 on Friday!). Perfect for some grilling!

eighty-eight.

Seems Sunday is becoming my catch-up day. I'd really like to try getting back to posting daily.

vanilla yogurt from Wake Robin Farm, and freezer berries from last summer.

seventy-five

This is why I was trying to post everyday. Because a day turns into 2 and 3 and before you know it it's a week and I'm way behind. :/

It doesn't look great, but  it was. My attempt at cooking at work, oh the joys of working evenings.

Evans night to cook

sixty

What? You're going to try and tell me everyone doesn't keep a half gallon of delcious, creamy ice cream in the freezer at work to snack on instead of doing their review? Psssh.

What? This might have something to do with the reason I can't lose this darn baby (ok 6 year old) weight?
Pssh.

fifty-nine

homemade bread, farmers market butter, local eggs made with local milk. Now that's how you start a day!

forty-one.

I've never, ever, ever liked ramen noodles. My husband loves them. I don't get it. I had some today though, and this cold must be messing with my head, because I actually quite enjoyed them. A gazillion milligrams of sodium and all.

thirty-four

Out of 5 shots this was the best :/ I really need to read my manual.

I've been frying a lot of foods lately. Chicken for buffalo wings with homemade pizza every Friday, now homemade french fries, mozzarella grilled cheese and not one single itty bitty vegetable for dinner. Not very good for the waist or arteries, but sure is good for my soul right now.

I know, this is a terrible picture. But it's Sunday, which means a 12 hour work day, so it's all I've got. The pictures not good, but the coffee cake was.
